ASBIRO: Negotiations

In December 2016 in Birmingham, Speak Culture had the pleasure to contribute to an innovative event of ASBIRO UK on cross-cultural negotiations under the rubric: ‘You won’t get what you deserve but you will get what you can negotiate. This event will stop you making poor decisions and improve the way you negotiate in the UK.’  This workshop was the result of my successful collaboration with Bob Spence, a  negotiation expert. A practical session on how culture affects opening demands, concession-making and behaviour was well attended by Polish entrepreneurs based in both the UK and Poland as well as the representatives of the Federation of Small Businesses.
